Dodos are Forever - the first book I did for Dick
King-Smith. I had to go online to an antiquarian
book dealer to get a copy of this. Oh, you can still
get it in paperback - and still, I believe, with my
illustrations, but the cover is by Mike Terry. It's
an excellent cover, but I wanted to find one in hard
covers with MY cover illustration on it. An
antiquarian bookseller, though! God, I feel old!
