EDITORIAL ILLUSTRATION
There's all sorts here!
I've added an NEW section to this. Last year I was asked to
do an illustration for NATURE (The Science Journal), and
I've done so much for them in the relatively short time since
then that I felt it should be represented with a page of its
own.
Here it is, then:
NATURE
Also, I've had a couple of illustrations published in The
Globe and Mail, which you can see here if you're interested:

And here are the four original sections:
1.
Times Supplements. I've worked for the Times
Higher Education Supplement since before leaving art college,
over 25 years ago, and I've been doing illustrations regularly
for Morris Simpson's Diary in the Times Educational Supplement
for almost ten years. Here are just a few examples.
I've also created galleries for the THES Calendars for 2005
and 2006

2. The
Guardian. Quite apart from the political cartoons
I've produced for the Guardian, I have occasionally been asked
to do work for their daily supplement G2. They invariably want
something in a very particular style, and I think they ask me as
a useful second best in the absence of a specialist (because
they know I'll try anything at least once).
3. The Beano.
This children's comic has been the number 1 best seller in the
UK since almost forever! It's an institution.
4. Other
stuff! Yes, it's inevitable that there are a
bunch of things that are one-offs, or aren't regular enough to
have a gallery all to themselves. I've bunched them all in here
for the moment. Yes, I know it's lazy - but I want to get this
site up and running sometime before Christmas.
